She helps you uncover and minimize your individual ‘footprint’, while maximizing your own health and sense of joy. This workshop encompasses everything I am passionate about - nutrition, gut health, real food, sustainability, mindfulness, exercise, compassion, food waste, gratitude and the importance of spending time in nature.
